The Nordic Media Programme (NMP) is a one-of-a-kind leadership journey designed to support media executives as they lead their organisations through complex and rapid change
At the heart of NMP is a strong peer network, practical strategic frameworks, and space for personal reflection. Participants are encouraged to explore their leadership purpose, identify paths for meaningful transformation, and develop concrete solutions to pressing organisational challenges. The programme is open to both editorial and business-side leaders from across the Nordic media sector.
